Indra Exhibition - Now Showing

I am very happy to present my latest exhibition of street/travel images. 'Indra' is a collection of photographs from a trip to India in 2009. Highlighing the wonderful people and presenting a unique vision of the fascinating country.

My overall goal is to become aware of the truth of things, to see the amazing in the mundane. Working from the mantra that less is more, the image is reduced to it's bare essential elements. Emptiness, void or nothingness are examined in detail.

I like to rely on using natural lighting and working quickly. This helps to create a more uncomplicated and distinctive look. It is both challenging and fun to capture an image that conveys an individuals personality or emotions. I feel sucessful when I capture a moment of this life that can be kept, remembered and cherished for generations to come.
