Here are a few samples of my trip to fantastic India. Scanning all the negatives takes a considerable amount of time! It is exciting to look at these results as my memories of all the places and people were fading. This trip was a real adventure, I am very glad to have been a part of the Trek for Tibet. My overall goal is to become aware of the truth of things, to see the amazing in the mundane. Working from the mantra that less is more, the image is reduced to it's bare essential elements. Emptiness, void or nothingness are examined in detail.

I like to rely on using natural lighting and working quickly. This helps to create a more uncomplicated and distinctive look. It is both challenging and fun to capture an image that conveys an individuals personality or emotions. I feel sucessful when I capture a moment of this life that can be kept, remembered and cherished for generations to come.
