Project 6029

Project 6029 is the restoration of an old locomotive by the Australian Railway Historical Society (ACT). I was lucky to be able to join the volunteers last weekend to get some pictures of the process. I love these machines and the people involved are fascinating. I hope to cover the project from time to time and document the work. It will be an amazing sight when this monster locomotive gets back in action.
